Parameters

description: history operation description
fields: fields to record
hint: state change hint

Remarks

Safely calls the RecordElementStateChange method of the history service (if connected to a history service). When this operation is undone or redone from history, the history will call the OnStateChangingFromHistory and OnStateChangedFromHistory methods with the specified hint.

Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
